I WILL for Wednesday

Today I will have a positive attitude.
Today I will accomplish the things on my "to do" list.
Today I will enjoy the lesson on faith from my great visiting teachers.
Today I will eat healthy & take care of my body.
Today I will watch Glee on Hulu.
Today I will relish the stage my boys are in.
Today I will do something kind for 2 other people.
Today I will work on organizing our business.
Today I will be happy. (:

And a little catching up:
Last Friday Grayson played at Grami's while Beckham and I ran errands and visited Ella & Amber for a bit. Got to peek at our friend Kim's new baby and I couldn't believe how big he made Beckham look already. Sad that they grow so fast! Grayson had his dreams come true finally because he got to ride the lawn mower with Grandpa Alan. He asks EVERY day if he can go ride it and mow the lawn and would be devastated if Grandpa mowed it and didn't call him! He's all boy & all farmer!

Saturday night something crazy happened. I went to bed around 10:00 with Beckham and Zac slept in our room (hate the whole sleeping apart thing for now!) & around 4:00 am, Zac came out and woke me up. He said, "Karli-Beckham's been screaming for like ten minutes..." He was laying right next to me! I didn't hear him. That has never happened to me-I must have been super tired!

Sunday we went to church & it went well. Grayson held my hand and dragged me to nursery-he was SO excited to get there. I definitely love that he loves it. Visited with Julie a little too which was long overdue. That afternoon we ate lunch with Zac's folks and Zac's mom offered to watch the boys so me and Zac could get a nap. It was so nice! We watched the Disney Robin Hood too which was fun. Later that evening we went to my cousin Kristin's house and visited with her family and my cousin Jeremy & his wife Noelle who were visiting from Utah. So fun to see everyone and for them to get to love on Beckham. Grayson played with Ashton (4) and Corbin (2) and loved being outside some more. He kind of had a rough time at first because he got hit on the head with a rock and then he was standing facing away from the swings and Ashton accidentally knocked him flat on his face-which knocked the wind out of him! Tough times! He was quick to recover and keep playing though. Kristin made the yummiest chocolate cake and we all enjoyed that. I really enjoy this family of cousins & their company and need to make more of an effort to spend time with them.

Monday we had a fun playdate with Jill and her two kids Cora & Maverick. I've been friends with Jill for as long as I can remember and she is one of the most sincere and wonderful girls I know. Her kids are adorable! Beckham just chilled in the sun/shade while Jill and I visited and the kids played in the sandbox & with the water. Gray started out dressed but it was close to 80 degrees, so he ended up in just his onesie & covered in sand & water. Cora loved him and even rubbed sunscreen on him which we were laughing about. Gray loved it there and cried when we had to leave which reminded me of when Jill and I would have to leave each other's houses when we were young. So fun to catch up with such a sweet friend.

Tuesday my mom and I went grocery shopping and Becca was kind enough to have Grayson come play. He LOVES Becca's house and plays so well there. I got back to find him shoeless and completely covered in dirt & loving life. (pics to come after I get them off my mom's camera). She said he played outside almost the whole time and just loved it. I really like that kid. Poor Beckham has a yucky cold already and can barely breathe through his nose & yet he has still been such a sweetie. I feel bad for him when he can't sleep well though. Other than that we're doing great & enjoying the nice weather we've had.
