Lately...

We watched Jaeger for Kelsey & Lance on Monday while they went golfing with Kelsey's cousins. He was so good and at first it felt totally doable. Soon after I posted that though, both babies were hungry and were crying. I was cooking dinner and Zac walked in the door from work at that moment. I handed Beckham to him and made a bottle for Jaeger which I comically had Grayson feed him. He kept getting distracted and the bottle would fall out of Jaeger's mouth and he'd scream and I'd say, "In his mouth Grayson!" He'd reply, "okay mommy!" and put it back in. Finally, I got dinner done and in and then fed Beckham and Zac took over with Jaeger. We looked at each other and I knew we were thinking the same thoughts on how crazy life would be with 3 that close together. Not to mention I'd be wanting both of us to just be at home all the time and we'd both be busy! (: Grayson is a big helper though & we love having Jaeger here.

McCall and my dad came for dinner that night because mom's in Utah for a few days. It was nice to have company and Gray loves having them over. After the boys were in bed Zac and I started watching an old movie called, "Scissors" and I decided again that I am a much bigger wuss than before having kids. I don't like anything remotely scary-especially 80's movies with the awful music & lots of silent times!

Tuesday was Uncle Bob's birthday. We made him this jar with 58 hershey's kisses where I re-wrapped each one in foil & a reason we love him. We told him that every time he eats one, he'll be reminded of a reason we think he's great. Hopefully he liked it. We sure love him!Amber & Ella came over that afternoon too which is always fun. We always have lots to talk about and enjoyed watching a few things on Hulu too.

Of course Tuesday night was my favorite tv night with Biggest Loser & Parenthood. But, alas, it was also the season premiere of Glee! I love that one too...so I watched it on Hulu this afternoon while my dad graciously took Grayson in the tractor with him. I'm not sure I love where the story is going this season-although I am always thoroughly impressed with the music, so we'll see if it keeps my interest. Working on a lot of business stuff & some side projects too and that's been fun. Costco's 4x6 photos are on sale right now for .9 so I am trying to get photos sent to print too...

I left the boys in the living room-Beckham sleeping & Gray playing quietly with his farm toys-while I was making dinner and talking to Zac a day or two ago. When I went back in the living room, I saw this. When I asked Grayson what he was doing, he made a funny "oh no!" face and said, "just pwaying with baby brother." Hmm... Beckham is an awfully patient & good sport! Grayson also loves reading his new scripture books. Every night we've been reading about becoming a better person and learning about Jesus and he loves it.Well, Gray is still with Grandpa, so maybe I should go rescue Grandpa so he wants to take him another time! (: I know Grayson LOVES it-mostly because he yells it before falling asleep for nap & bedtime... "I want to ride in the tractor with Grandpa Alan!" So funny!

That's hilarious (about the toys). I love how patient and good Gray is. Beckham's little eyes trap you too!

Thanks for letting Gray talk to me on the phone today. It's weird how "old" he sounded to me. I can't wait to get back to see everyone...I've had a good time, but I miss home! See you tomorrow!
(The toys all around Beckham made me laugh out loud!)

I finished watching Glaa and I didnt have the same feelings that I have had on previous episodes. I am glad someone else agrees that it was different. I too ove the music and just bought the "gives you hell" from itunes. I love the songs and the way they sing. Speaking of, my friend just clued me in that "wicked" is coming to the Morrison center next year May 2011. You and Zac have to make plans to go and see it!

He looks so cute with all those toys. I remember when Kira would do that when Josh was in his boppy. That seems forever ago!
You are so kind to watch your nephew.
We haven't watched Glee but we LOVE Parenthood.

I am so jealous! I'm still on the waiting list for 4 and 5 at the library! You're going to get to finish before me!

The tractors all around Beckham . . . So sweet, funny, cute all at the same time! I love that Gray has his brown blankey with him in the picture too. And Gray feeding Jaeger . . . LOVE it! You can tell he is trying to pay attention and wants to help, but is loving whatever is on tv. Thanks for sharing Karli!!
