a little getaway

On August 8th, Zac and I took the boys up to McCall.  My whole family would be joining us the next day.  Sunday night we just chilled and relaxed which was so nice.  Grayson found the Linkin logs and Beckham chilled on the couch.  Zac watched a show about old cars and I read my book.  We were all cozied up in the living room upstairs and it was just nice to be together.  We took the King bedroom downstairs and it was nice & cool and both boys slept great all night on their "cool floor beds" which is how we convinced Grayson it was the most awesome place to sleep ever.

 After a Monday morning four wheeler ride, the fam arrived.  My parents, McCall and her friend Mia, Taylor & her cute boyfriend Talon, Lance & Kelsey & Jaeger, and Kelsey's sister Kambria and her little guy Owen.  It was a ton of fun.  We just built puzzles, ate yummy food, spent time in town for a while, and visited.  The guys went golfing and had a lot of fun and laughing.  We watched a movie that night and enjoyed a huge rainstorm and resulting double rainbow. We all slept great again that night. 

Tuesday we ate breakfast and had to head home soon after a little bit more relaxing.  It was sad to leave because we were having the best time.  The boys were super good (other than Grayson having to go to timeout on the big dryer shown above) and easy to have around.  Love my family and love that little piece of Heaven they let us enjoy so often in McCall.  It truly is so nice to get away and have fun together and just enjoy each other.
