On Thursday September 2nd, while lifting with Julie, she mentioned her great couponing finds from the day before. She had errands to run in Nampa, so I loaded up Beckham and went with her and Amity. Grayson stayed at Ally's for the first time and loved it so that was good. Julie and I got her pick-up serviced and then headed to Albertson's. She trained me and helped me and I got a ton of stuff {$248 worth} for $70! I was pretty excited! The thing about our house is that it will truly last us quite a long time as we don't use these foods as every day staples, so I feel great about it. And, I am a sucker for cool whip and scored 22 tubs of it...wish I'd gotten about 50 more (try it frozen-I guarantee you'll love it!)! Gotta have it. I think I have 30-some boxes of cereal in our pantry-awesome! Julie is a patient teacher and although I have no desire to become a couponing fanatic, I am excited to learn a little more, build up my stash a bit, and enjoy the time with friends & gaining a greater & fuller storage room out of the great deals I can get. We had good conversations, good laughs, and a fun time together. Thanks Jewels!
