Thursday

Thursday morning Julie and Amity came over to lift.  Grayson and Amity have really began to enjoy each other and play so well together.  I love watching them and just trying to decipher what goes on in their cute heads.  They did great while we lifted {it wasn't one of our most amazing lift sessions-we were both kinda draggy} and chatted and then she stayed and Annette joined us for a presidency meeting.  Definitely love those women and appreciate the fact that they are just who I need as partners in the primary.  It was a productive meeting and this was Grayson soon after "Amimi" left.  {notice the boots?  inseparable, I tell you!}
Soon after they left we ran into the post office to mail the invites for Taylor's shower (made by the incredibly talented Kelsey).  As a side-note, if you think you should have gotten an invite, and didn't, please just come anyway.  We printed the invites as 4x6 pictures from Costco and mailed them as postcards and we've had troubles with some getting lost in the mail and along the way in the past, so please please please, just come!  Friday night at 5:00 at our ward building.  Anyway, I digress.  The boys were great and Gray loves the post office because Betty always has a sticker for him.  When we got home Gray wanted to play out back and came running in to ask me if I had any gloves.  When asked what for he said, "I just wanna pull weeds."  Never one to turn down an offer like that, I rounded up A glove and sent him out on his way.  Pretty soon he had to come in and show me every single weed he pulled and then he asked if he could water them.  He was so cute about it I didn't have the heart to tell him no, so I filled up the tea kettle (couldn't find my darling watering can from Denise-dang!) and sent him out again.  He is such a sweet & helpful boy and loves to be busy.  If he has a job he sticks with it and I love that about him.
A few hours later it was bath time.  Cannot get over how cute these two are.  Love them.  Love how they play and laugh at each other and love anticipating how their relationship will grow and change as they get older.  And most of all, I love having two clean and delicious smelling boys after bath time to cuddle & read books with!
**Quick note: later that night after Gray was in bed and Beckham was chilling on the couch with me, Zac got home from work and went into our room to change.  I changed Bex' diaper and noticed his OTHER ear (the right side) was bleeding a ton.  Cleaned it up and I could tell it too had burst.  Seriously?  Again?  Poor baby.  He doesn't even fuss.  I could not believe he is on an antibiotic already for the left ear having burst and now the other ear was in on it too.  They totally gang up on the sweet kid!  So thankful we have an appointment with the specialist coming up and that he is so chill and just easy going and mild mannered.  I know I'd be screaming!

Poor baby! Seriously, he is soooo good. I LOVE the picture of Gray pulling weeds. Send him my way. And the kiss in the tub is priceless!
