Beautiful Wren Adele Fischer was born early in the morning on February 18th. We were pretty excited & followed the updates on twitter all night. I pretty much didn't sleep at all until 3:15 AM when I knew she'd made it here safely. Pretty cool that she shares a birthday with another person we love too...Dad Cleaver! We had a date night planned for Friday night, so we just dropped the boys off earlier at Grandma Cleaver's and headed to Boise. We delivered payroll first to all the stores & then grabbed dinner and stopped at the hospital to visit with Amber and love baby girl. It's so fun because she looks so different than Ella did & will be fun to see how she develops & who she looks more like. Amber was a total champion {no epidural!} and was beautiful & glowing like a new mommy. We missed Todd who had gone home to stay with Ella, but are proud of him too. (: Anyway, Wren is here safe & sound and we are already totally smitten with her!
After the hospital, we headed to the hockey game. We met up with Kels-Lance-Jaeger, Taylor & Talon, and Aden & Tricia and watched the Steelheads game. It was fun to be there-I hadn't been at a hockey game in a long time-and we are grateful to my folks for getting us the great tickets. Mostly it was fun to get out with Zac for an evening and actually feel semi-good physically! I was tired of being sick & it was nice to be on the uphill swing of things. We headed back to Cleaver's later & the boys were both sound asleep in beds, so we had another sleepover. It was a great day!
How cute are boys in a tub? And the color changing tablets for the tub are a HUGE hit at our house! That line down Beckham's cheek: a bruise from falling into Grami's steel railing! (: Always something!
Sunday we celebrated Dad's birthday at Cleaver's. Sure love that man. He is the best father in law I could ever have asked for. He is genuine, complimentary, a great listener, cares about his family, has much integrity, and adores me and my kids. (: I've never gone away from him not feeling better about myself. He treats us like adults & values his relationship with Zac. He is a strong & hard worker and likes everybody. We love him and are so grateful he is close to us & that we could celebrate him.
The whole family was there {minus Alicia & Connor} and it was a good time. Lots of eating, laughing, running, napping, playing, and visiting. I adore my in laws & love that we always look forward to the times we can be together. We got home around 8:30, got the boys to bed, and relaxed.
This morning I took Bex in for an early morning doctor checkup. He's getting better, but still pretty congested & coughing. Doc Matt suggested some neb treatments, so we'll have two boys pretending to be dinosaurs tonight! (: Grayson went to play at Bailey's for a while today & he is so great with him. He's 9 and just treats Grayson so well. He came home with a new car ramp toy that has been entertaining him for hours! I was feeling a little under the weather again this afternoon, so my mom kindly took Grayson to play for a while. I was able to rest a bit, get a few things done, and spend some one on one time with Beckham which is rare. I totally love these kiddos!

I have been checking your blog faithfully (okay pathetically) for a picture and news on Amber. Wren is adorable. I am mortified to admit this but it makes you baby hungry...at least to just hold one. The blanket itself I was drooling over but the face and hair of that baby girl is darling. Your boys are getting so big and SO cute. I loved the tubby pictures. Hope you're having a great week and can completely feel better soon. I love ya!
I like Candace have also been stalking your blog several times a day to get a chance to see Wren. She is adorable and such a full head of dark hair. Glad that you guys had fun at the hockey game and that you are feeling better. Love you!

Wren is adorable and I can't wait to see her in person sometime soon. I'm glad that you're feeling somewhat better and hope that it just keeps getting better each day. I can't believe how big Jadzi is, too. She's a doll! And I love the picture of Beckham with Lila...he's a keeper! And Grayson was in rare form yesterday because everything that came out of his mouth I was cracking up!
What a cute baby girl Amber had and I love the name, Wren, so so cute! Kenedys birthday is February 18 so thAT IS A GREAT DAY TO GIVE BIRTH! ;O)
