happy half birthday!

Beckham is eighteen months this month!  I can't believe he is one and a half.  He is definitely still treated like he's our baby.  I want to bottle him up at this stage and have him forever.  He is an incredibly fun toddler to have around.  Here are some facts about Beckham right now:

-He LOVES food.  He is an eater.  If you want him to come with you, just offer him a "bite." 
-Not picky about food yet.
-He loves & prefers guys over girls usually.  Especially Talon.  Loves him.  Everytime Zac comes home he is ecstatic.  Adorable.
-He is stocky and chunky still.  Love this.  Really broad shoulders.  Short.  He wears 18-24 month clothes.
-He laughs at anything Grayson does. 
-He can throw some super great tantrums, but is super easily distracted...usually.
-Going through a whining stage right now, but he's so dang cute!
-He has started hitting sometimes.  He will tackle Grayson by sitting on him.
-Loves Woody from Toy Story
-Still prefers golf clubs, sticks & cords to any toys.
-Doesn't listen to the word No very well.  Laughs & thinks we're hilarious.  Gives you this super sad face or keeps his head down & turns his eyes up at you when he's in trouble.  Very SHORT attention span. (:
-Likes his binky, but not as much as Grayson did.  Not really attached to a blanket or stuffed animal
-Still doesn't care to say much: Mama, Mom, or Ma {my personal favorite}, Dada, Uh-oh, Wow, Yeah, Yes, Amen, All done, bye bye, Night night, and sings lalala & lalaloo.  Can sing Eieio, too.
-Loves music.  This kid has moves!  He rocks it with his little bum and does a great shoulder shrug, too.  If he's worked up at all, will calm right down to some Michael Buble.  He will sit {or stand & dance} to an entire 90 minute Buble' DVD.  Love it. 
-Climbs everything, fearless, lack of pain receptors.  We've started calling him Tank.
-Hates being put in & strapped in his carseat, but once in is a great car kid. 
-Takes one 3 hour nap daily.
-Loves to go places.  Gets his shoes every day and grunts at me to put them on so we can go.
-Drooling like crazy lately & getting teeth all over
-Absolutely adorable.  Has us all smitten.  Love you Beckham boo!
