Preschool Star {or class clown!}

Wednesday {14th} Taylor, Beckham and I went shopping in Boise.  Grayson got to stay with Grami {Jaeger too} and she took him to preschool.
We were kind of in a hurry, but got lots done in a short amount of time.  It was fun going with Taylor and Beckham was awesome, as usual.  We hustled home & I got Bex down for a nap {Zac was working from home} and rushed to Gray's preschool Christmas program.  It was fairly hilarious.  Gray & Max were sitting next to each other & are so funny to watch.  First off, he was quite a ham when he realized I was there with the camera & was making super funny faces.  The little crazy man knew every single song & poem and had been saying/singing them at home for a week or so.  Of course when the time came, he just made silly faces & didn't sing or talk with the class.  Usually I would have been frustrated, but I was seriously just enjoying his funny antics, knowing it would be hilarious video watching for years to come. (:  A bit later, Max started playing drum son Gray's head and he just sat there making funny faces-not even phased!  Totally made me laugh harder.  Miss Krissy just kept singing, asked Max to sit down, and both boys wouldn't sing.  They were making me laugh so much and I was happy to have it on tape for Zac to watch later!  They really are the cutest little friends and I love that they balance each other out. Courtney asked Max to apologize to Grayson after & he placed his hand on Gray's heart and said "I'm sorry Grayson."  So sweet!  I love that kid.
Afterward Gray was so excited to show me the handprint he'd made for us for Christmas-darling.  He is a great kid and I am so happy with the way I just took it in stride & let him be a regular 3 year old boy instead of being my usual uptight mommy self and expecting way more out of him.  This way was much better because he was just excited & he loved laughing on his dad's lap while he watched the videos with him.  He thought the facial {fishy mouth} that he was doing was so smart, too.  Love that boy & that he loves preschool so so much!
The evening of the 14th, Amber came over and spent a couple hours with our little family.  She did a lifestyle type photo shoot & just caught us being together.  We played, watched Star Wars, read books, and were silly.  The boys just aren't big fans of traditional photos right now & I didn't want to fight them.  I was so grateful she would come do that for us and loved spending more time with her.  Can't wait to share pictures soon!
