Beckham woke up earlier than usual on his birthday morning and I was happy for a little extra one on one snuggling time. He asked for his usual early morning request, "piderboo," and I was happy to oblige. He is so dang cute. (:
Our day was spent preparing for his party & just chilling. He didn't really care what was going on, but had fun having Tay Tay here helping and playing all day. He and Gray played dress up and had fun together til Grayson went to preschool & he went down for a good long nap.
The party was a roaring success. (: Beckham is easy to please and after opening the Star Wars character encyclopedia {lego edition} from Grami & Grandpa, he was set! Guests were: Grami & Grandpa, Grandma & Papa, Lance, Kelsey & Jaeger, T&T, Doll, Chels, Chris & Lyla. Pretty low key. He loved his little people carnival set, his cards & $ {or what he'd get later with it}, the star wars book/sticker set, clothes, Spiderman house, games, and Star Wars ship/guys.
He wasn't too interested in cupcakes or blowing out his candles, so they were blown out for him and he demolished it when he was in his seat and his guys were all lined up. After a quick tub & jammies, the boys enjoyed a late night of playing with the new toys before bed. All in all it was a great night for a great boy! We love you Beckham boo!
