my awesome mother in law, we have MANY memories of Zac's childhood caught on videotape. And, we had a great excuse to dig some of them out recently. Last Saturday night, we went to Tom and Becca's house for dinner and to hang out. After dinner and while the kids were playing, the guys started reminiscing about their childhood days & the fun things they'd do at each other's homes. Then they got the wild idea to go get our home videos and watch the ones of Tom at Zac's house. Bec and I stayed and worked on starting her a blog & hanging with the kids. When we watched the video we were cracking up so hard. Tom's hair was permed, he had huge glasses on, and they were about 8 years old watching cartoons and eating pizza. Zac was jumping around trying to make Tom laugh and pay attention to him instead of the show (wonder where Grayson got it!) and we just loved it. How fun to have those memories capture on film for our kids to enjoy now...They loved it! We talked about how important it is to document these moments with our family & friends & how it means even more to them since they lost Tom's dad. It's so true. We stayed too late as usual, but had such a great time. Grayson absolutely loves them and their kids and I'm so thankful we are all so comfortable in their home. Bec captured the beautiful nighttime sky before we left.

Home videos...something you can appreciate when you're older. I'm glad you were able to see some of Zac's growing up years. It sounds like it was quite entertaining. :) The picture of the nighttime sky is beautiful!
I'm terrible about home videos....opposite of my Mom but I need to be better. We love watching them. Glad you had a great night with friends.
Um...all I have to say is that last picture is AMAZING! Love it!
