busybusybusy.

Had a fun time catching up with Tasha for a while last Tuesday {8th}.  She is darling and doesn't give herself enough credit for how amazing she is. It's always nice getting an hour of girl time every so often, too.

Attended a Shelf Reliance party that Courtney hosted this past week.  I am really impressed with their stuff.  Everything I tasted from their thrive food line was good & I can definitely see us using some of it for snacks for the kids and in every day meals.  Now to pinpoint what I want to order... (:

Zac flew to Portland Tuesday {8th} for business meetings and came back Wednesday {9th}.  Fast trip, but we both had such busy days it felt like we had a weeks worth of catching up to do.  It's incredible where you can go & what you can do in just 48 hours!  It was a productive trip for him and a semi productive time for me, so we can't complain.  And we were all extremely happy to see him when he got home-even those of us who were fresh from the tub!
We had Tom, Bec, and kids over for dinner Wednesday {9th} night.  We don't think much about the space in our home much until we have 5 kids running through it for a couple hours.  They can really only play in Gray's room and the living room/kitchen, so we had toys strewn everywhere & it was mass chaos.  But the company & conversation were great and I just didn't worry about it till the end of the evening.  I do think it's crazy that kids feel the need to pull out every single toy they have when other people are around to see them.  Really? (:

Taylor had the boys Thursday {10th} while I had meetings in Meridian and ran errands.  I am super excited about a few things happening with my TSFL business.  For one, I am in the process of a re-branding.  New name, new blog, new web presence, etc.  Totally excited & learning a ton which is a lot of fun.  For two, I totally love helping people.  One of my clients totally made my weekend when he called yesterday & told me about his phenomenal weight loss.  I love watching people make necessary changes to better their lives & I about start crying each time someone has any success because I know how they feel.

Grayson has been wearing his patch really well each day for two hours.  One thing that helps is when I turn on some crazy music-he will literally "dance" {which translates into running in circles flapping his arms like crazy} for an hour straight!  Totally funny kid. (:

I got the privilege of attending the stake daddy-daughter date night this week too.  The needed someone to help from each ward, so I went in, but they ended up having enough help, so I just got to walk around & take pictures of my girls with their dads.  They are all such sweethearts & were just giddy about having a night with their dads by themselves.  I totally remember being that way with my dad and love that there are such good men out there.  One girl in our ward was taken by our sweet Elder's Quorum president and he was great with her.  It was a darling "fair-inspired" theme and I think they all had a great time.
