Julie called to let me know she wanted to bring dinner on Friday night. She made white chicken chili for her first time and I must say it was better than any batch I've ever made! So delicious and really a recipe you can't go wrong with because it always tastes good and Zac and I both love it.
She also spoiled us with a bunch of boxes of cereal, Schwan's ice cream, and 2 huge garbage bags full of clothes for Grayson that Carson had outgrown. There was a ton of stuff which I was so excited about & as I was sorting through them I came across these Thomas jammies. They said 24 months, so I figured they'd fit him now...and he's a Thomas lover, so I knew he'd be excited. Sure enough, he stripped out of his clothes as fast as a 2 year old can and got in the jammies. Turns out they were too small, but that didn't stop Grayson from rocking them for the night! He cracks me up!
I was seriously laughing so hard because everytime he'd move, his little belly would show and the pants reminded me of Nacho Libre! Thank you much Julie-the clothes will all be well used & loved & the food was delicious!
Saturday morning Grayson got to go work on the farm with Grandpa Alan while I went to a bridal shower with my mom and Beckham. It was fun to talk to a few people I hadn't seen in a while and to get out for a little bit.
We picked Grayson up and headed to my in-laws to visit. Ryan, Alicia & Connor were there and loved seeing Beckham for the first time.
They brought this great little retro Fisher Price radio for Grayson and he LOVES it. He's packed it around and sang to it a ton. I think we'll all know "The Farmer in the Dell" better than ever sooner than later! (:
We came home for a nap and then me and the boys took a walk down the road to Grandpa Alan again and Gray got to plant some more potatoes. I think that kid would seriously live outside if I'd let him. He doesn't like supervision either which would be great if I could trust him not to wander away or onto the road! (: We spent the evening in and all went to bed early which was so nice!

Greg would have done the same thing if he had seen those pj's. He has a huge spot for Thomas in his heart.
I think totally impressed would be an understatement right now. You have totally jumped right back into real life. I think about events like haircuts, dr. appts, etc and feel overwhelmed. I am so impressed. Actually, I'm not. You've always amazed me. Both boys look so cute. I want to kiss on Beckham and listen to one of good ole Gray's talks. Love you much!
